Now this time we would talk about the Witch Doctor DOT Build with Ring of Royal Grandeur and Legendary Voodoo Mask Quetzalcoatl.

Required Items

Ring of Royal Grandeur
"Reduces the number of items needed for set bonuses by 1 (to a minimum of 2)". There is also an interesting item which would draw out a cluck of chicken called Bow Cluckeye.

WD Dot Set Legendary Jade Harvester
2 set +500 intelligence
4 set increases Mana Regeneration by 20.00 per second (Witch Doctor Only)
6 set Soul Harvest Consumes your damage over time effects on enemies, instantly dealing their remaining damage.

"Locust Swarm and Haunt no deal their damage in half of the normal duration"

DoT/Soul Harvest mechanics from Blizzard
- dot duration with Quetzlcoatl and Creeping Death is 2.5 min
- Soul Harvest deals the damage of 51 ticks (a 1.221m ticking Haunt hits for 62.272m)
- 51 ticks equal ~30s (timed it with 1.54 aps and 1.1 aps with the same result)
- dot duration gets shortened by those ~30s every time you Soul Harvest
- able to harvest 4 times with equal amounts of damage before a re-application of dots

Rush of Essence (Spirit spell return 100 Mana over 10 seconds)
Spirit Vessel (reduce cool down)

With Creeping Death and Quetzalcoatl Helm, you can almost double the damage in the same time. Spam Spirit Walk and Harvest. You do not need to Tank. Leave all the enemies to the Creeping Dead.
