1/28/2014 11:01:50 AM

[Diablo 3 Guide]Monk fist skills in PTR 2.0 are a little different from before. This skill effect Proc Coefficient guide is based on actual test in diablo3 PTR beta.

Crippling Wave
This skill basic damage is 143%. The wide attack range is an advantage. The forth rune Tsunami Proc Coefficient is 0.75/0.75/0.35, while other runes are all 0.75/0.75/0.5.

Deadly Reach
Basic damage 106%, which is the lowest in all monk fist skills. Proc Coefficient 0.85/0.85/0.85 with no runes. The first rune Piercing Trident is 0.85/0.75/0.5; Keen Eye, Strike from Beyond and Foresight is 0.85/0.85/0.75; the third rune Scattered Blows is 0.85/0.85/0.35, which is the strongest AOE fist skill.

Fists of Thunder
The first two fists basic damage 122%, and the third is 183%. But the Proc Coefficient is not as good as the damage. No rune, Lightning Flash and Quickening 0.8542/0.8557/0.6185, Thunderclap 0.6414/0.6414/0.6157, Static Charge 0.4257/0.4257/0.3085, Bounding Light 0.85/0.75/0.3071. In a word, you need not to think about using it with Sweeping Wind, especially the third rune Static Charge.

Way of the Hundred Fists
Basic damage 192% the highest in all fist skills. The first rune Hands of Lighting is 0.75/0.9/0.5, and the third Fists of Fury is 1.5/1.26/1. Other runes are all 0.75/0.63/0.5.

In total, Way of the Hundred Fists has the highest basic damage and the third rune Fists of Fury has high damage, awesome Proc Coefficient and a short dash. Crippling Wave and Deadly Reach has nice AOE effect, which is good to farm normal monsters. As to Fists of Thunder, it's almost useless in the following game battles.
