Diablo 3 console version has won a big market success. Its sales volume reached 42 thousand in the past two weeks. It seems like the edition very popular among players. And, problem came at the same time.
Some players encounter data loss/corruption problem when playing console. They reported it and got replies from Blizzard Quality Assurance. The image below is the original post. As it said, the way to save data will be changed in patch 1.02 to prevent this kind of problem. Quality Assurance Tsarnis mentioned players that hardware failure, improper shutdown or some other storage question can lead to data loss too, which are only under user's control.
